A Normal Tuesday

Putty and beads is a favorite the last couple days.
The quietest time of the day!We worked in our workbooks this afternoon.It's always easier to put socks on if a friend counts your toes while you put them on! :)
Today went pretty good although due to some of the children being sick lately we were in the house all day. But everyone had a good time.
This afternoon we worked on the H sound and writing the letter Hh, did a page in our workbooks on Identifying Positions (on, off, inside, outside) and practiced counting to 20 and did some simple addition and subtraction.
We read a story and talked about happiness.
Breakfast- Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Orange Juice
Lunch- Hamburger Chow Mein, Corn, Applesause, Cheese Slices, Milk
Snack- Pumpkin Delights, Milk

Monday

Playing with beads and putty... Coloring and talking about growing bigger each day and learning how to do new things.Gluing the pictures in the correct sequence.Cast signing!"I can comb my hair...and put on my socks. I'm growing bigger each day."

Thursday

A Quiet Day

We had some eggs in the incubator that started hatching yesterday. The children got to watch some of the chicks working there way out of the eggs this morning.

I don't know what inspired her to put her leg over the side of the chair but she thought it was very amusing.

Snack- Flip Side Pretzel Crackers, White Grape Juice






We spent a lot of time outside this morning.
This afternoon we matched A-H with the matching lower case letter.

"Apples" And The Color "Black"

Today we colored "black" sheep...
Four and five year olds did a "Rhyming" worksheet.We read "Apples" and did "Five Shiny Apples".

I don't know why she thought she had to have this leaf on her head but she kept it there for a long time.
She worked and worked to get herself on this swing with two friends cheering her on.She made it!Another friend offered to get her swing going.
