Breakfast- Chipped Beef Gravy on Toast, Cereal, Bananas, Milk
Lunch- Baked Chicken-n-Rice, Green Beans, Applesauce, Cheese Slices, Milk
Snack- Chicken in a Biscuit Snack Crackers, Apple Juice
We had a great day today in spite of the rain.
We made pink pigs from circles, ovals, and triangles. The two year olds did an excellent job with the glue! I was impressed! The 4 & 5 year olds did real good cutting out the shapes for their pigs. They are improving fast on their scissor skills.
The two year olds colored a letter P page and the 4-5 year olds did a letter Pp worksheet.
We all sat in the living room with some special toys and worked on everyone playing together and sharing without fighting over toys. They did real good most of the time. I had to settle a few squabbles but nothing serious.
For storytime we read "Lily Pig's Book of Colors" and "Wilbur Finds a Friend"(a Charlotte's Web story). We sang "Hello, How Are You?" practiced shaking hands with friends.
